Clarence Hubert "Pete" Teach, 84, of Hagerstown, died Wednesday, May 26, at Washington County Hospital.

Born Feb. 21, 1916, in Pinesburg, he was the son of the late Jacob Wesley and Emma Jane Smith Teach.

He retired in 1978 from the H.L. Mills Service Station. He previously worked at Cushwa Brick Yard and North American Cement Corp. in Hagerstown.

He was a member of Trinity Bible Church, Hagerstown.

He is survived by three daughters,
Ruby Monniger and
Wanda Whipp, both of Falling Waters, W.Va., and
Joyce Scally of Bedington, W.Va.;
companion Dorothy Reel of Hagerstown;
eight grandchildren, and
13 great-grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport. The Revs. Betty Jones and Robert V. Robinson will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Williamsport.

The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home, which will be open after 9 a.m.
