Born in Bolivia, Md., she was the daughter of the late George Ephraim and Mary (Rent) Smith. She was the widow of David E. Hose.
She spent most of her married life in the Pinesburg-Williamsport area, and was a member of the Cedar Grove Mennonite Church.
Surviving are children, Mrs. Mary Rook, Jacob Teach, George Teach, Clarence Teach, and Mrs. Edith Stuck, all of Pinesburg; Also surviving are step-children, Walter Hose, Clear Spring; Mrs. Jennie Guessford, Williamsport, Mrs. Edna Jackson, Pinesburg; and Mrs. Carrie Brining, Williamsport; 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Sunday at 2:30 pm at Leaf Funeral Home with the Rev. John Grove officiating.
