Harry E. Boos Jr.

Harry E. Boos Jr. passed away on the 22nd of September, 2009 at the age of 77.

He was born in Fredericksburg on Nov. 28, 1931, and is preceded in death by his parents: Harry Boos Sr.. and Elise WEIRICH; brothers: Raymond Boos with wife Rosa, Theodore (Teddy) Boos with wife Rosie; sister: Norma Renfro; brothers-in-law: Clifford Kneese, Paul Besier, Lloyd Renfro. Harry is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Ann Boos; sons: Robert with wife Annetta Boos, David with wife Kathy Boos; daughters: Sharon Boos, Mrs. Susan Linebarger with husband Kenneth (Bucky) Jr.; several dearly loved grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters: Mildred Boos, Gertrude Herrmann, Josie Lux; brother: Ruben Boos with wife Edna; sisters-in-law: Mrs. Florence James, Mrs. Dorothy Maurer; and brother-in-law: Marcus Maurer.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25, 2009, from 5-9 p.m. at Goetz Memorial Chapel. A rosary service will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009, at St. James Catholic Church, with funeral Mass following at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park.
