Nahida Stucky Miller, 97, died Tuesday (June 16, 2009) at Presbyterian Manor in Newton.
She was born on June 6, 1912, in rural Moundridge to Jacob B. and Mary Friesen Stucky.
She was a sales clerk.
She married George N. Miller in November 1959 in Moundridge. He died on April 20, 1983.
Survivors include one brother, Al Stucky of Sunrise Beach, Texas; three sisters, Amanda Nightingale of Burrton, Linda Evans of Portland, Ore., and Esther Wagner of Hutchinson.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Harold, Eldo and Richard; and two sisters, Frieda Pauls and Lorraine Stucky.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Moundridge Funeral Home in Moundridge.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First Mennonite Church of Christian in Moundridge.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Memorials may be given to Mennonite Central Committee in care of the funeral home.
