Florence DeKosky, 88, of King of Prussia, died Monday, June 30, 2014 at Manor Care of King of Prussia. She was the wife of Herbert DeKosky, who preceded her in death in 2008.
Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late A. Benjamin and Bertha Aisicovitz Riebman.
For 40 years, she was employed as a secretary with the Coatesville Area School District working at the former South Coatesville Elementary School and South Brandywine Middle School.
Florence was a member of Beth Israel Congregation of Chester County and the Sisterhood, as well as, Women's American ORT.
Surviving her are two daughters, Barbara D. Becker, wife of Harvey and Karen E. Kirylyck, wife of Nicholas; a sister, Edith Riebman; two granddaughters, Melissa Siegelman, wife of David and Jill Cimino, wife of Nicholas; and three great- granddaughters, Emily, Maya and Olivia.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 2nd, at the Harris-Mountain Funeral Home, 1030 E. Lincoln Highway, Coatesville.
