Pinewood, Feb 22 [1935] - Mrs Elizabeth Helen Griffin Geddings, 77, died at her home here this morning at 11:25 am after an illness of three weeks. She was born and had lived in Pinewood all of her life. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Mrs Geddings is survived by the following children, J F Geddings, New Port News, Virginia; Mrs C B Kolb, Sumter; Mrs J C Bryan, Mrs A J Aycock, Mrs E T Byrd; a granddaughter, Inez Rogers, whom she had reared, all of Pinewood and a number of other grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday morning at 11 o'clock at the residence, after which the interment will be made in the Calvary Baptist churchyard.
