Barbara J. Willard, 71, of Haines City, Fla., formerly of Peoria Heights, died Sunday, June 1, 2014, at her home.
Born on May 31, 1943, in Springfield, Ill., to William Neunhoffer and Millicent (Landers) Mueller, she married John "Jerry" Willard on Oct. 26, 1963, at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Peoria Heights. He survives.
Also surviving are her daughter, Annette (Timothy) Toohill of LeRoy, Ill.; three sons, John (Debra) Willard of Peoria, Fr. Stephen Willard of Washington, Ill., and Matthew Willard of Peoria; and one sister, Sue McWhirter of Peoria.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and one son, James Willard.
Barbara was a beautician and homemaker.
She belonged to St. Thomas Parish in Peoria Heights. She loved her family and Catholic faith and church. She loved praying the rosary and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.
Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in West Peoria.
