Herschel A. Duvall, 66, 3618 North Drive, Wayne Lakes, died unexpected ly at Wayne Hospital at 1:20 p.m. Sunday, following a short illnes s. He had been admitted to the hospital on October 15, for observation.
He was a retired employee of Hardy Mfg. Co., Union City. His paren ts were the late Levi Wesley Duvall, who died in June 1968, and Modina Sul lenbarger Duvall.
Mr. Duvall was a native of Brown Township, living in Darke County his e ntire lifetime and at Wayne Lakes for the past eight years. He was a mem ber of the Coletown United Church of Christ.
Survivors include his widow, Mary Greer Duvall; one son, James, Greenvi lle; one daughter, Mrs. Ronnie (Ramona) Curtner, Greenville, R.R. 3; sev en grandchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. Anna Stephens, Greenville, Mr s. Clarence (Dorothy) Kester, Covington, R.R. 2, and Mrs. Darrell (Margare t) Buckingham, Greenville.
Services will be at the Coletown United Church of Christ at 2 p.m. Wedn esday with the Rev. Looker officiating. Burial will follow in Ft. Jeffer son Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, Greenville, on Tuesday fr om 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and at the church after 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
