Waverly, January, 25 – Mrs. Nellie walk, 80, died at 7 p. m. Monday at the Wrightwood nursing home, Springfield. She had been ill for 10 days.

Mrs. Walk was born June 12, 1874, the daughter of the late Jack and Phoebe Allmond Crum.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Edith Rhodes and Mrs. Opal Lemons, both of Springfield, and Mrs. Mildred Roller, Palmyra; and a son, Lowell White, Virden; four brothers, Roy, Waverley; Carl, Benld; Glen P., Palmyra, and Farris, Chicago; a sister, Mrs. Golda Snyder, Florida; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Waverley Christian church, Rev. Paul Eckstein, of Springfield, officiating.

Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery, Palmyra. The body is at Neece funeral home here.
