Friedrick Louise Ploger was born on Nov 22, 1804 in Landkreis-Hannover, Lower Saxony, Germany. She was the daughter of Johann and Anne Ploger. Lizzie married Johann Grotjan on Dec 22, 1819.
The family immigrated to America in 1841 with their nine young children. They lived in Baltimore for one year and then moved to Franklin County, Missouri. Lizzie's mom Anne died in Chariton County so she also immigrated from Germany.
Lizzie died on Aug 12, 1855 in Keytesville.
