Dora May Rankin Cantrell is my great grand aunt because she is the sister of my great-grandmother, Nettie Moore Rankin King Monell(1881-1954).

Dora was the 5th of 12 children born to my gg-grandparents: William Milton Rankin (1842-1897) and Mary Jane Moore Rankin (1846-1914).

Dora married Robert Cantrell (1875-1942)about 1895 and had 8 children - 4 of which did not live to be one year old and are probably buried here at Red Hill Cemetery - since I note there are several "Cantrell" headstones with a small baby angel.

2) Benjamin H. Cantrell (1898-1956);
3) Robert Leland Cantrell (1902-1972);
4) Baby Cantrell (1906-1906)
5) Baby Cantrell (1908-1908)
6) William Reece Cantrell (1910-1936)
7) Baby Cantrell (1914-1914); and
8) Virgil H. Cantrell (1919-1931).

Dora died at the age of 59 due to coronary thrombosis;

I would love to communicate with any descendants of my family and especially to discover her picture.
