He was born September 16, 1929 near Martinsville, MO the son of Theodore and Clella Mildred (Cover) Baker.
On April 18, 1949, he married Audry Fletchall. She survives of the home.
Junior worked for Cover Motor's in New Hampton. He later became employed for the Missouri Department of Transportation and retired after several years.
He was a past member of the New Hampton Masonic Lodge.
Junior was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Margie Butler and great grandson, Jamin Daniel Baker.
Survivors include his wife, Audry Baker of the home; daughter, Sherri (Dick) James, Plattsburg, MO; sons, Mitchell (Luawana) Baker, Cleveland, TN and Ronnie (Anna) Baker, California, MO; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Boyd (Mavadene) Baker, Martinsville, MO and Eldon (Connie) Baker and niece Beverly King, Bethany, MO.
