A former Dansville resident, Glines D. Jackman, 72, of Livingston, N.J., died Thursday (Sept. 23, 1976) in Orange, N.J.
Born in Springwater, he attended school in Dansville and was graduated from Geneseo Normal School. He served as a professor at Little Falls and later taught school in Orange.
Surviving are his wife, Olive Roth Jackman; a brother, Clarence Jackman of Dansville; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Black of Dansville and Mrs. Myra Smith of Westfalls, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was conducted Monday in Orange. Burial was in Rosedale Cemetery there.
