Mrs. Holloway was the youngest of seven children born to the union of Wesley M. Bonner and Caroline A. Frazier, who married in Franklin Parish on December 31, 1878.

She was survived by her husband, William A. Holloway; three daughters, Agnes, Marjorie, and Caroline Holloway; one son, Wendell Holloway; three brothers, Robert Paul Bonner, Charles McDonald Bonner, and Mark Herbert Bonner, Sr.; three sisters, Bessie Mason, Edith Lena Bonner, and Sallie Hitt; nieces and nephews.
