H. V. KLEIN DIES AT 84
BLOSSVALE - Henry F. Klein, 84, of Herder Road, Blossvale, died early Sunday morning in a Utica Hospital where he had been a patient for the past 19 months.
Mr. Klein was born at Verona, Feb. 11 1885, son of Faltien and Emma Dann Klein. He was a lifelong resident of this area and was a dairy farmer in his early life. He later did carpenter work, also worked for Lane Construction Company, the Town of Verona Highway Department and the the Verona Cemetery. He married the former Anna Laura Seifert, Jan 6, 1909, in Lowell.
Surviving are his wife, one son, Clinton Klein, Durhamville; three daughters, Mrs. Clayton (Marjorie) Bartholoma, Bartlett, Mrs. Walter (Evelyn) Dixon, Mrs. John (Anna Mae) Horodnick, both of Verona; 14 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 P.M. at the Alger-Hammill Funeral Home, 216 W. Seneca St. Vernon, with the Rev. Emil A. Hein, pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Churchville, officiating. Burial will be in Rathbunville Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M.
