MRS. ANN L. KLEIN
VERONA - Mrs. Anna Laura Klein, 94, of Bridge Street, an employee of Dam's Custom Canning and child care employee for several area families before her retirement, died Friday, Jan. 7, 1983, in Oneida City Hospital after a long illness.
Born in Rome at Seifert's Corners on August 27, 1888, she was the daughter of John and Emma Stagner Seifert. She married Henry F. Klein in Lowell on Jan 6, 1909. He died Sept 28, 1969. Mrs Klein was a resident of Verona for 73 years.
Surviving are three daughter, Mrs. Clayton (Marjorie) Bartholoma, Lee Center, and Mrs. Walter (Evelyn) Dixon and Mrs. John (Anna Mae) Horodnick, both of Verona; 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Clinton H. Klein, and three daughters, Dorothy E. Abel, Gladys L. Teuscher, and Elvina Klein.
The funeral will be held at 11 A.M. Monday at Hammill Funeral Home, Vernon with burial in Verona Cemetery.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Sunday.
