Early Life: Norma was born November 3, 1924, in Salt Lake City, Utah, a daughter of Alfred "Fred" Christensen and Elizabeth Cunliffe Taylor.
Life’s Work | Service | Interests: On May 28, 1947, she married Ernest Winston Woodger in the Salt Lake Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint. She was a housewife and a teacher in the Granite School District. She was also a member of the American Fork Ninth Ward, where she was active in the presidencies of the Church auxiliary organizations. She was also active in the Wasatch Front Musical organization and a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. Norma Taylor Woodger, of American Fork, died Monday, October 27, 1975, at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City of a cerebral injury. She was 50 years old.
Survived By: Her husband, American Fork; two sons and three daughters: Ted Woodger, Salt Lake City; Clarke Woodger, LDS mission (Spanish) California; Elizabeth, Spokane, WA; Cheryl and Mary Jane, both of American Fork; two grandchildren; her mother, American Fork; a brother and sister, Robert E. Taylor and Helen J. Ballstaedt (David), both of Salt Lake City.
