GEORGETOWN MAN DIES MONDAY

Thomas Bruce, age 66, passed away in the Soda Springs hospital at 1:15 a.m., on Monday, following a major operation which he underwent on Saturday. Mr. Bruce had been in poor health for some time.

Mrs. Bruce preceded deceased in death two years ago. He is survived by the following children, a daughter, Mrs. Evan Hoff, and a son, Clayton, of Georgetown, and a son, Raymond Bruce of Pocatello, one grand-daughter and five grandsons.

Mr. Bruce had spent practically all of his life in Georgetown and Montpelier.

The following funeral services were held Wednesday in the Georgetown chapel, with Bishop R. S. Sleight presiding:
Song, "Lead Kindly Light", choir; invocation, Melvin J. Clark; speaker, Bishop W. W. Clark; song, "I Need Thee Every Hour", choir; speaker, Charles Hauck; song, "Beyond Today", ladies chorus; speaker, Roy Robison; remarks, Bishop Sleight; song, "Abide With Me", choir; benediction, James T. Dunn.

Interment was in the Montpelier cemetery, where the grave was dedicated by Milton Smith.

The F. M. Williams Mortuary was in charge of funeral arrangements.
