IDAHO FALLS, Ida.—Mrs. Irene Anderson, 47, Spencer, died Saturday in an Idaho Falls hospital following an operation.

She was born Feb. 5, 1898, at Union, Utah, a daughter of William and Alice Gregory.

She came to Idaho in 1926 with her husband, Carl Anderson, and five years later moved back to Utah. They moved to Spencer In 1936.

Besides her husband, seven sons and daughters survive, Pfc. Carl L. and Pfc. Marvin R. Anderson, both on furlough; Earl O. Anderson, Shelley; Arson E. Darlene, Franklin; Cleone Anderson, Spencer; her mother, Mrs. Alice Matilda Gregory, Union, Utah; five sisters, Mrs. Pearl Buxton, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Lavern Adamson, Mrs. Lottle Naylor and Mrs. Murvel Rowan, Union, Utah; and Mrs. Fredone Van Dam, Sandy, Utah; also a grandchild.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p. m. in the Union, Utah, L D S chapel. Burial will be in the Murray cemetery, directed by Wood mortuary, Idaho Falls.
