Miss Durham was born Aug. 14, 1905, at Seneca. She was a lifetime area resident and lived most of her life in Carl Junction. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Carl Junction. She had taught Sunday school for the past 50 years. Survivors include a sister, Hazel Dixon, Carl Junction.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church, Carl Junction. The Rev. Ted Wilkins and the Rev. Glenn Dixon will officiate. Burial will be in Kirk Cemetery, north of Seneca. Pallbearers will be Arch Dixon, Bill Durham, Dave Durham, Lloyd Bailey, Bill Close and Carl Gilliam. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday at Simpson Funeral Home, Carl Junction. Friends may call after 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
