HENRY EDWARD EADDY, JR.

Henry Edward Eaddy, Jr. 86, died Tuesday, October 3, 2000.

Mr. Eaddy was born in Hemingway, a son of the late Henry Edward Eaddy, Sr. and the late Mary A. Hutson Eaddy.

He was a graduate of Hemingway High School and Clemson University. Mr. Eaddy was a US Army veteran of World War II. He was also a retired farmer and supervisor for the Williamsburg County Department of Social Services.

He was a member of the Hemingway First United Methodist Church.

Graveside services were held Friday, October 6th at Old Johnsonville Cemetery.

Survivors include two sons, Henry Edward Eaddy, III of Hemingway and D. Lawrence Eaddy of Effingham Co., Ga.; one daughter, Mary E. Chinnes of Hemingway; two brothers, Carrol Eaddy of Hemingway and Warren Eaddy of Murrells Inlet; five sisters, Lilyan E. Lee of Palo Alto, Calif., Louise E. Jacobs of Georgetown, Lucia E.
