A native of Harman, she was born April 27, 1895 and was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Nellie (Puffenberger) Bodkin.
Mrs. Roy was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church, here.
Surviving are five sons, Howard, Eddie and Donald Roy, here, Junior Roy, Morgantown, Lewis Roy, Charleston; three daughters, Mrs. Gladys Kisner, Hyattsville, Md., Mrs. Joan Liller, Mrs. Patricia Dumire, here; three sisters, Mrs. Minnie Wade, Mrs. Susan White, here, and Mrs. Chloe Simmons, Harman.
Also surviving are two brothers Ples Bodkin, Harman, Aud Bodkin, Loch Lynn, Pa; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The body is at the Greenlief Funeral Home where a service will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. with Rev. G. Bland Brady, pastor of the EUB Church officiating.
Interment will be Parsons Cemetery.
