Lorine Sims Smith, passed away Tuesday, February 18, in Ogeechee Area Hospice. She was born September 20, 1929, to Settler and Louise Cribbs Sims in Bulloch County, where she lived most of her life. Mrs. Smith worked at Helena Chemical Company for 19 years and at Belk's in Statesboro for 17 years. She enjoyed baking and sharing her baked goods with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin L. Smith.
