Catharina married Philipp Christoph Vogler (1730-1790) in 1746 at Louisberg, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada. Catherina and Philip were the parents of ten known children, namely:
1. John Vogler/Fogler (1750-1832)
2. Lorenz Vogler (1752-1779)
3. Philip Martin Vogler (1754-1800)
4. Samuel Vogler (1757-1843)
5. George Michael Vogler (1759-1795)
6. Anna Catharina Barbara Vogler Elrod Schott (1761-1842)
7. infant daughter Vogler (1763-1763)

9. Maria Margaretha Vogler Transou Landmann (1767-1817)
10. Elisabeth Vogler Hein/Hine (1770-1855)
All of the children were born in Broad Bay, Massachusetts (later became Waldoboro, Maine); after which the family moved to North Carolina in 1770. Catharina died on the way and was buried at the Cross Creek Cemetery. Several people have searched for a grave marker for her with no success, she may be buried in an unmarked grave.
After Catharina died, Philipp remarried to Barbara Fiscus (1736-1780) in the summer of 1772 and they had two additional children, both of whom died young, namely:
11. Johann Frederick Vogler (1773-1773)
12. David Vogler (1775-1777)
After Barbara died, Philipp remarried the widow Christina Margaretha Sehnert, maiden name Born, on 14 Aug 1783 at Bethania, Stokes (now Forsyth) County, North Carolina. Philipp and Christina Born Sehnert had no children together but Christina had two sons by her first husband, Christian and Sam Sehnert.
