BOUNTIFUL- Dail was born June 25, 1921 at home in Salt Lake City, Utah to Frank and Florence Webb. He died unexpectedly, Sunday, July 23, 2006 at the VA Hospital in Salt Lake City.

He married Harriett Heath in the Salt Lake City Temple August 4, 1942. He served in the Army Air Corps from 1942 to 1945 in Europe during World War II.

They lived and raised their five children, Taunie (Tom) McLachlan, Ken (Kolene) Webb, Allen (Debbie) Webb, Marci (Dave) Godfrey, Marilyn (Adrian) Jackman in Bountiful, and now have 26 grandchildren plus 43 great-grand-children.

Survived by his wife, children, two brothers and one sister. His parents, two sisters, one brother and two infant grandchildren preceded him in death.
