Services for Harlen R. Raabe, 76, Rt. 3, Norfolk (Hadar), will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Hadar. The Rev. Richard Schliewe will officiate, and burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, Norfolk.
Visitations will be Wednesday from 3 to 9 p.m. at the Home for Funerals.
Mr. Raabe died April 27 at a Norfolk hospital. He was born September 26, 1904, at Hadar to the late Mr. and Mrs. William Raabe. He was married January 15, 1928, at Hadar to Esther Pufahl. He had farmed and spent his entire life at Hadar.
Surviving are his wife, Esther; one son and one daughter, Norman of Hadar and Mrs. Robert (Shirley) Oleson of Norfolk; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Merlin (Shirley) Raabe of Hadar; 13 grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Verona Brekke and Mrs. Elmer (Luvilla) Schulz, both of Pierce.
He was preceded in death by on son and one daughter, one brother and two grandsons.
