Clerfield Progress, Clearfield, Pa., Tuesday Evening, November 28, 1922The Funeral of John Bennett, who died last Saturday night, was held from the home this afternoon. Deceased was born and reared in Pike Township and was a son of William and Sarah (Gearhart) Bennett. His age was 67 years and 7 days. During the earlier epoch of his life he worked on the farm and in winter followed the life of a woodsman. He was married three times, the lady of his last choice survives him together with a number of children. Mr. Bennett was affiliated with the Loyal Order of Moose, a number of his brethren attending the last sad rite. Funeral Director Dover ? the funeral, he having the body in charge. Interment in Oak Hill Cemetery. Mr. Bennett, although of a quiet demeanor left many warm friends behind who deeply sympathize with the bereaved family.
