DEATH CLAIMS WELL KNOWN MAN AT REEDSVILLE
Death came this morning as a relief from suffering to Joseph Krizensky (sic) at
the family home two and one half miles north of Reedsville. For months he had
suffered from an attack of cancer of the throat. The funeral will be held
Thursday morning from the home with service at St. Mary’s Catholic church at
Reedsville at 10 o’clock, the Rev. Decker officiating.
Mr. Krizensky was fifty-five years old and for twenty-one years had served as
president of the Reedsville Court, Catholic Knights of Wisconsin. For twelve
years he served as clerk of the town of Maple Grove and he was also treasurer
of the Order of St. George of Reedsville. He was a successful farmer and had won
for himself a wide circle of friends. Mr. Krizensky is survived by his widow and
seven children, Mrs. Walter Krueger, Mrs. Jon Weigert and Mrs. Jung of Reedsville,
Joseph, Bessie, Frank and John, at home.
