Wife of Wilford Henry Webster

Julia Boerens Webster, 102, passed away Saturday, April 23, 1994 at Davis Hospital and Medical Center in Layton, Utah.
She was born August 12, 1891 in Seraing, Leige, Belgium, a daughter of Mathieu Joseph and Marie Antoinette Pochet Boerens. She came to Utah in 1906 with her family after being converted by missionaries. She married Wilford Henry Webster, December 6, 1916 in the Salt Lake Temple. He preceded her in death on July 18, 1955. She was an active and faithful member of the Kaysville 1st Ward for 77 years. She worked in the Relief Society and was a Visiting Teacher over 60 years. She sang in the ward choir until she was 90 years old. She was always busy doing handwork and making quilts for family and friends. She has many friends and was always willing. She will be missed by many who loved her dearly.
Surviving are six daughters and one son: Irma Elm of Ogden; Mrs. Walwyn (Marjorie) Green; Afton Udall of Kaysville; Dorothy Peterson of Fruit Heights; Mrs. John (Mary) Cook, Layton; Mrs. Merrill (Beverly) Call, Nibley, Utah; and Dee Webster and wife, Pauline of Layton; 14 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, parents, two sisters, and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 27, 1994 at 11 a.m. at the Kaysville LDS Tabernacle, 198 West Center Street. Friends may call Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary, 400 No. Main Street and at the Tabernacle from 9:45-10:45 a.m. on Wednesday. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
