As an active employee at Quincy Memorial Park, our records indicate the name, as noted on the Interment Authorization (provided by Zehnder Robinson Stormer Cookson Funeral Home - 8/8/1984) of "J. Frank Adair". This is not to say his true and correct name is not "Joseph Franklin Adair", just that all documents in our file indicates he used as J. Frank Adair as his name.
