They were married 24 October 1863 and moved to Coalville, Utah where William served as a stake president for the LDS Church in that area. Ann lived to bear 8 children, 4 of which she was able to see grow up. Ann was a productive citizen, good investor and maker of gloves. She was loving and always helping orphans and the poor.
