Heart Attack Fatal to C. T. Crumpacker, 56
Charles T. Crumpacker, 56, of 1229 Columbia Circle North, Hammond, a former candidate for city judge here, died of a heart attack at his home early this morning following a lengthy illness. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
The deceased, a graduate of the Indiana university law school, was the son of the late Peter Crumpacker, Hammond attorney, who was the uncle of Frederick Crumpacker, well-known attorney and senior member of the Crumpacker and Friedrich law firm here.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie; one daughter, Ellen Jane; a brother, Edgar, Chesterton; two sisters, Mrs. Harriet Scott and Mrs. Dorothy Linn, both of Hammond, and one grandchild.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home, 5713 Hohman avenue, Hammond.

Crumpacker, 56, former candidate for Hammond city judge, who died yesterday in his home at 1229 Columbia Circle, Hammond, will be held tomorrow at 1 p.m., in the Oexmann funeral home, 5713 Hohman avenue. Burial will be in the Crumpacker family lot at Graceland cemetery in Valparaiso. The Rev. North Miller will officiate at the services.
