"A Concelebrated Mass was offered 3 August 1979 at St. Peter's Catholic Church for Bernard J. Amann, 67, 218 Poplar Street, Westernport, who died 31 July 1979. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were Donnie Green, Paul R. Amann, Steve Amann, Dennis Amann, John Amann and Tim Amann.
Born in Westernport, he was a son of the late John and Anna (Kady) Amann.
Mr. Amann was retired from the Amcelle plant of Celanese Fibers as a textile engineering employee, and was a member of St. Peter's Church and the Westernport Senior Citizens.
He is survived by his wife, Rosetta (McBee) Amann; two daughters, Miss Helen Amann at home and Mrs. Rose Mary Broadwater, Manassas, Virginia; three brothers, Paul Amann and Donald Amann, both of Westernport, and Leo Amann, Lavale, and one sister, Mrs. Joseph Miller, Barton."
