Mrs. Ardella Long Brown, aged 69, widow of A. Judson Brown died at the family residence in Petrolia at 5:40 o'clock this morning. Mrs. Brown was born in Gibsonburg, O., and had resided the greater part of her life in Butler county, residing in the Petrolia district for the past 12 years. She leaves four daughters, Mrs. Ciel Ray of Pittsburgh, Mrs. E. O. Hilmen of Pittsburgh, Mrs. James Dietrich and Mrs. Jennings Barr of Butler: three sons, Dale J., of Petrolia, Seymore W. of Butler and W. Ross of Warren; three sisters, Mrs. Fred Veh and Mrs. P. A. Gould of Gibsonburg, O., and Mrs. Judith Henderson of Everett and six grandchildren. She was a member of the Methodist church of Petrolia. The body has been removed to the Thompson Funeral home, East North Street at McKean Street where the family will receive friends between the hours of 3 and 5 o'clock Tomorrow afternoon and and 7 and 9 o'clock Tomorrow night; 2 and 5 o'clock Monday afternoon and 7 and 9 o'clock Monday night. Funeral services will be held from the Thompson Funeral home at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery.
