The family was in Lovett in the 1916 census with no children. In 1921, the family was in Edson with two children: Mary Ann MacAuley (b1917) & George (b1920). Donald was a machinist for the railway.

The family appears to have gone to Edson in 1921 census. By the mid-1940s, the family was in Coalspur, Jasper, Alberta. Father was locomotive foreman. 2nd son George was a trainman.

I last see the parents in Coalspur, Jasper, AB in the Voter's List in 1949. According to Donald's obituary, they moved to Lethbridge a year before his death.

There are several siblings to wee George MacAulay who is buried in Lovett.
