A. Eileen Williams, 93, of Seymour passed away Saturday afternoon, Nov. 9, 2013, at Covered Bridge Health Campus in Seymour.
Mrs. Williams was born Feb. 22, 1920, in Cortland to the late Mance and Dorothy B. (Clark) Allman. In 1952 at Covington, Ky., she married Earl L. Williams, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Williams is survived by a son, Donald W. (Joyce) Williams; a daughter, Kathleen D. Coffelt; brothers, Jack (Jay) Allman, Richard L.
Allman, Larry (LuLu) Allman, Earl Leon (Terri) Allman and Randall (Linda) Allman; sisters, Waneita Cockerham, Phyllis (Albert) Zaffe, Lois (Buddy) Irvin and Carol Sue (John) Pennington; grandchildren, Penny (Wallace) Vaughn, Lori (Dan) Bohm, Gina (Dwain) Fields, Kimberly Engelking, Mike Williams and LaDonna (Dave) Thomas; great-grandchildren, Adrienne Vaughn, Tanner Vaughn, Kathryn Murphy, Allison Bohm, Mitchell Fields, Shelby Fields, Sean Engelking, Megan (Nate) Garner, Scott (Ashley) Thomas and Andrea Thomas; and great-great-grandchildren, Evalynn and Delaney Thomas.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her first husband, J.R. Newton; a son-in-law, Everett Coffelt; a daughter-in-law, Pauline Williams; brothers, Allen Dean Allman, Russell G. (and Regina) Allman, and Jesse Allman; and sisters, Wanda Lavina Allman and Imogene (Gene) Hammond.
Funeral service for Mrs. Williams will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Voss Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Cochran and the Rev. Larry Tingle officiating. Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Condolences may be sent to the family through the funeral home and memorials may be made to First Baptist Church in Seymour or Hospice of Bloomington.
