LOGAN – Carolyn Humphreys Johnson, beloved mother, grandma, great grandma, and friend, peacefully entered the presence of our Heavenly Father and into the arms of her loving husband and son on November 9, 2013 at the age of 69.

She was born in Logan, UT on January 10, 1944 to Nathan Robert Humphreys and Lucille Dahle. She grew up in Trenton and attended Cache County Schools and graduated from North Cache. She was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held several callings throughout the years.

Carolyn entered into marriage with her beloved eternal companion, William Kenneth Johnson, on July 31, 1961 in the Logan LDS Temple.

She worked at Schreibers Foods and ATK Thiokol , where she made many life-long friends. She enjoyed doing everything with her family, they were the joy of her life. She enjoyed doing crafts while spending time with the family.

Carolyn is survived by three sons, Kenneth William (Sammy) of Inkom, ID, Tony (Bonnie) of Centerville, UT, David Nathan (Amy) of Lewiston, UT, eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, her brother Norvel (Myrna) Humphreys of Tampa, FL, and her sister LaRae (Paul) Reimchussel of Plume Lake, CA.

She was preceded in death by her husband William K Johnson, an infant son, a Brother Eugene Humphreys, her parents, and various aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013, at noon in the Park Avenue Ward Chapel, 940 Three Point Avenue, Logan. There will be a viewing Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center, Logan, and at the Church on Thursday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be held in the Providence Cemetery. Condolences may be extended to the family online at www.allenmortuaries.net.

The family wants to give heartfelt gratitude for the love and support of all her friends, neighbors, and ward members have given to her throughout the years.
