Heather Marie Roe Stone, age 36, of Stone Branch in Vanceburg, KY., passed away Friday morning, November 1, 2013, at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, OH., due to injuries sustained in an accident.

She was born June 26, 1977, in Fort Hamilton, OH., a daughter of John David Roe of Vanceburg, KY., and Karen Bivens Roe of Tennessee.

Heather attended the Trace Fork Christian Holiness Church and was a homemaker. She loved riding four wheelers, spending time outdoors, and being with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Heather is survived by one son, Skyler Stone of Greenup, KY., one daughter, Devin Stone of Vanceburg, KY., three brothers, James Roe of Vanceburg, KY., Austin Roe of Rock Island, IL., and Michael Roe of Vanceburg, KY., and her paternal grandmother, Lillie Lambert Roe of Vanceburg, KY. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel in Garrison, Ky., with Sister Teresa Roe and Brother Terry Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in the Richardson Cemetery on Route 474 in Carter County, Kentucky.
