She lived in Lancaster all her life. She was a 1927 graduate of Stevens High School. Mrs. Fellman was a homemaker and a former legal secretary at a Lancaster law office. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Lancaster. She enjoyed playing bridge, cooking and gardening.
Surviving are two sons, Garfield II, husband of Rose Marie Fellman of Marlborough, Conn and Peter Adams, husband of LouAnne Fellman of Timonium, MD; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; three brothers, William A., husband of Sarah Adams, and Joseph Adams, both of Lancaster, and Daniel M., husband of Ruth Adams of Newark, Ohio; and a sister, Nancy Adams of Lancaster.
