Miss Lillian C. Treacy
Miss Lillian Catherine Treacy, 95, died Monday.
Born in Chesterfield County, she was a daughter of the late Patrick and Mrs. Catherine Sundy Treacy. She was a graduate of Draughons Business College of Columbia and was an employee of J. L. Anderson Co. of Cheraw from 1910 to 1933. She moved to Columbia, where she was an employee of the Home Owners Loan Corp. and the S. C. Board of Health. She worked with the city housing authority until retiring, was a volunteer with Providence Hospital and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Surviving are nieces and nephews. Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. today, at St. Peter's Catholic Church of Cheraw with burial in St. David's Cemetery of Cheraw. Norton Rushinf Funeral Directors of Cheraw is in chargeof arrangements.
