M.J. SIEBERG DIES
Taken Ill With Bright's Disease On Monday Of This Week
Matt J. Sieberg of 413 North Second street died last night at one of the local hospitals of Bright's Disease, from which he had been an acute sufferer since last Thursday. He was removed ti a hospital Monday and everything possible was done for him in a mediscal way, but he gradually grew weaker until death ensued at 12:30 last night. Mr. Sieberg was born in this city, February 25, 1870, and for a number of years was engaged in the harness business in Omaha. About a year ago he returned to this city, and since that time has been engaged in the shoe repairing business at 413 North Front street.
Mr. Sieberg is survived by his wife and three children, Hazel, Marie and Harold all living at home. He is also survived by the following brothers and sisters; Gerhard and Stephen Sieberg, and Mrs. Gertrude Gitter of Mankato, Frank Sieberg of Fairbault, Vincent Sieberg of Le Ray township and Mrs. H. C. Kelsey of Portland Oregon. Deceased was affiliated with the Knights of Columbus and the Modern Woodman of America.
