Daughter of Samuel and Lillian Helmuth Church. She lived with her family in the Smyrna and Sherburne area where she attended the local schools. On June 4, 1966 in Norwich she married Donald Gage, who passed away in September of 2001. Isabelle and her husband made their home in Mt. Upton for more than 20 years and after his passing she came to Norwich where she made her home.
Besides her husband Donald, Isabelle was predeceased by her daughter, Gloria Oliver, her sisters, Viola Moon and Josephine Dewey and her brothers Edwin, Samuel and Richard Church.
Interment in the Maplewood Cemetery of Mt. Upton.
