She died at 7:40amET, Tuesday, December 22, 2009, in Campbellsville, KY, at the age of 96 years, 5 months, and 20 days. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. She united in marriage to Roy W. Bell December 26, 1931. He preceded her in death May 15, 1985. She is survived by the following: One son and two daughters: Jane Underwood and husband, Chandler of Buffalo, KY; Dorothy DeWitt of Greensburg, KY; and Roy Bell, Jr. and wife, Carolene of Ottawa, IL Ten grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; nineteen great-great-grandchildren Two sisters: Opal Wright of Campbellsville, KY; and Shelby Jean Moore of Greensburg, KY And several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
