JOHN BURROWS.
Another long-time resident of Tipton, an old soldier who saw much active service in the Civil War, died at his home in this city, Tuesday, Aug. 8th. Mr. Burrows was born in Ireland in October 1842. He is survived by his wife and a family of two girls and nine boys.
Funeral services were held from the late home last Thursday morning in charge of J. Kent Rizer. Interment was made at the Mt. Zion cemetery.
