Mrs. Martha Louise Morgan, 59, of Harrison, died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was a lifelong resident of Hamilton County and was an employee of Eckerd's Drugs on Highway 58. Mrs. Morgan was a member of Lakeway Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Rufus E. (Bill) Morgan; three sons, Billy Joe Morgan, Jimmy Morgan, and Jacky Morgan, all of Harrison. Four sisters, Mrs. Lela Orr, Mrs. Dorothy Orr, Mrs. Hazel Hogan and Mrs. Mazie McDaniel, all of Harrison; nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from Lakeway Baptist Church. The Revs. James Malone, George Angel and David Taylor will officiate. Interment will be in Old McDonald Cemetery, with the deacons of Lakeway Baptist Church serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends after 6 p.m. today and Thursday at the Valley View Chapel of Lane Funeral Home.
