Bertrand - Don Tesney, 54 years old, died Tuesday at the home of his mother in Bertrand.
He was born May 4, 1942, in Haleyville, Ala., the son of William Wes and Ethel Lee Howell Tesney.
He was a supervisor of equipment maintenance at Spartech Corp. in Cape Girardeau for a number of years. He was transferred to the branch facility in Mankato, Minn., where he retired in October. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his mother; a brother, Roger Tesney; three sisters, Betty Morrow, Nelda Creek and Frankie Turner.
Funeral service will be held Thursday at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.
