RALPH C. DUNBAR
Clear Creek - Ralph C. Dunbar, 67, OF Clear Creek, Raleigh County, died Friday in Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, after a long illness. He was a disabled miner and was a UMW member.
Surviving: sons, Donald of South Carolina, Charles and Dwight, both of Ohio, Buford, Robert, Henry and Lewis, all of Clear Creek; daughters, Mrs. Nora Owen of Louisiana, Mrs. Jane Hodge of Beckley, Mrs. Shirley Bryant, Mrs. Barbara Maggard, Mrs. Connie Graley and Mrs. Farris Scarbro, all of Clear Creek; brothers, Hurley, John, Zingoe and Alfred, all of Ohio, Paul of Kentucky; sisters, Mrs. Virginia White of Cabin Creek, Mrs. Maxine Bailey of Cool Ridge; 40 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope, with the Rev. Roy Shrewsbury and the Rev. Woodrow Jones officating. Burial will be in Workman's Creek Cemetery, Clear Creek.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
