Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 17, 2013 at First Baptist Church in Sweet Springs. Inurnment will be in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the church.

Born May 5, 1943 in San Francisco, CA, she was the daughter of the late Robert L. Baker and Betty Lou Anderson Baker.
She was a 1961 graduate of White Haven High School in Memphis, TN.
On May 3, 1966 she married [name removed] who survives of the home.
Sherry lived in Sweet Springs most of her life and had served as the city clerk for several years. She was a homemaker and did work outside the home at various places, but her love of people made her time working at Break Time in Sweet Springs very enjoyable.
She was a member of First Baptist Church, former member of Sweet Springs Order of the Eastern Star, and a current member of Higginsville Chapter 477 Order of the Eastern Star.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by five children: [names removed]; 18 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister, [name removed} and husband [name removed] of Jefferson City; as well as several nieces and nephews.
