Mrs Katie N Wintermyer 97 died at 10 pm Tuesday at Manor Care Barley North She was the wife of the late William H Wintermyer Born in Weigelstown,

Mrs Wintermyer was the daughter of the late Rolandus S and Annie Auchey Lau.

She was a life-long resident of Shiloh and a life-long member of Shiloh Lutheran Church She joined the church in 1902 and was the congregation's oldest member She was a member of the Adult Bible Class of the Sunday School She was a member of the Lutheran Church Women's Association She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Shiloh Fire Co.

Survivors include: Four sons — Willis R Stambaugh Zion's View Mervin H Messerly 1879 Trolley Road Shiloh Lester W Wintermyer 1600 Church Road Shiloh and Curtis R Wintermyer 2315 Middle St Shiloh Three daughters — Beulah R Jordan 2350 Cottonwood Road Anna M Albright 2315 Trolley Road Shiloh and Nettie A Oberlander 1996 Elim St Shiloh Twenty-two grandchildren 45 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.

Viewing will be 7 to 9 pm today at the LeRoy R Leber Funeral Home Inc 2290 School St Shiloh Funeral will at 10 am Friday at the Shiloh Lutheran Church 2201 Church Road with the Rev Gordon E Folkemer her pastor officiating

Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery Memorial contributions may be made to the Restoration Fund of the Shiloh Lutheran Church York Pa 17404
