According to the Montgomery County Register of Deaths, William died 29 Oct 1894 in Upper Pottsgrove Twp. & was buried 3 Nov 1894 at Fairview Cemetery. According to the Montgomery County Affidavit of Death, signed on 20 Nov 1894 by William's wife Leah, William Ludy died in Upper Pottsgrove Twp. at 2:30 pm on Monday, 29 Oct 1894. I have copies if both documents.
